Job Summary

:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sales Manager/Sr Sales Manager/General Manager

to lead and manage our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead and manage the sales team for assigned projects in Noida sectors. Drive sales for residential/commercial real estate projects through various channels (site visits, channel partners, digital platforms, walk-ins). Create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to meet targets. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, channel partners, and digital marketing. Conduct project presentations and site visits with prospective clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Oversee CRM activities and ensure follow-ups are timely and effective. Coordinate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and lead generation. Track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Key Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Well-versed with the Noida real estate market and localities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
