Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth. The role involves managing a team, strategizing sales plans, and achieving targets in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

2. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.

4. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential customers through various sources and convert them into buyers.

5. Site Visits & Negotiation: Arrange property site visits, present offers, and negotiate deals effectively.

6. Market Analysis: Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

7. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure smooth transaction processes, legal documentation, and adherence to RERA guidelines.

8. Reporting & MIS: Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong leadership and team management skills

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

3. Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in real estate sales

4. In-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate market, property laws, and RERA regulations

5. Ability to handle high-pressure sales targets

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience: 4-10 years of real estate sales experience

Preferred: Experience in residential/commercial real estate sales, working with developers or brokerage firms
