Responsibilities
Actively engage with potential clients through calls, site visits, and meetings.
Build strong relationships with homebuyers and investors.
Present and explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits.
Follow up with clients and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead updates and campaigns.
Requirements
? Minimum
3 years of sales experience
(into Real Estate).
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
? Own vehicle & valid driving license (preferred).
? Candidates from
insurance, banking, luxury cars, or high-ticket sales
background are encouraged to apply.
