We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager for our Miyapur location. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales, with strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage the entire sales process from site visit to loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle mature site visits and revisits independently.
Lead price negotiations and build strong customer relationships.
Explain bank loan-related benefits and support customers through documentation.
Present project differentiators effectively against competitors.
Manage deal closures, including self-closings.
Offer post-sales support till loan disbursement.
Supervise team reporting, daily work tracking and MIS reporting to management.
Take initiative in offline marketing activities and property show management.
Monitor and improve team productivity and workflow optimization.
Promote a healthy and collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Strong team management and leadership abilities.
Sound knowledge of sales lifecycle, loan process and project positioning.
Experience in performance tracking and reporting.
