Job Description

Manage end-to-end sales activities for gated community projects -- from lead generation to closure. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle walk-in customers at project sites, conduct site visits, and provide professional property consultations. Maintain and nurture relationships with channel partners and brokers to maximize lead inflow and conversions. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, events, and advertising activities. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Train and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and maintain brand reputation.

Strong knowledge of

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
