Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion:
Call and qualify inbound leads from our marketing campaigns (no cold calling).
Site Visit Management:
Persuasively schedule and host walk-ins and planned visits, showcasing the project's unique value.
Sales Pitch:
Tailor the apartment's value proposition based on each buyer's needs -- price, location, lifestyle, and long-term value.
Follow-Ups & Closure:
Maintain consistent follow-up and build trust that converts visitors into buyers.
Reporting:
Maintain a daily log of calls, follow-ups, visits, and status updates with the sales head.
Who You Are
Experience:
Minimum
5 years of real estate sales experience
(preferably in residential gated communities or apartments).
Languages:
Fluent in
English

Hindi
and
Telugu
(spoken is a must).
Personality:
Confident, emotionally intelligent, and great with people. You know how to handle objections and close with clarity and conviction.
Skills:
Strong pitching and persuasion
Understanding of sales funnels and real estate buyer psychology
Familiarity with using CRM tools or Excel for lead management
