Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing
Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong sales background, experience in real estate, and a passion for coaching agents to success. This role is both strategic and hands-on, driving sales performance, recruiting talent, and ensuring a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate agents
Set sales goals and monitor team performance against KPIs
Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to agents
Implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline check-ins
Monitor the local real estate market and industry trends
Foster a team culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer service
Collaborate with senior leadership on growth plans and operational improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (3-5 years minimum)
Previous experience in a managerial or team leadership role
Active Real Estate License (required)
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to exceed sales targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow, BoomTown, etc.)
