Real Estate Sales Manager
to oversee and grow our sales operations at the
Central Market
location. The role involves leading the sales team, driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team
Generate leads and convert prospects into sales
Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in real estate sales and team management
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the local real estate market (Central Market area preferred)
Target-driven and customer-focused approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Experience
3-5 years of experience in real estate sales
1-2 years in a managerial or team lead role
