We're looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager who knows how to turn opportunities into signed agreements. If you have hands-on experience in closing residential or commercial deals and can guide clients smoothly from inquiry to handshake, you'll feel right at home in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sales activities, from lead follow-up to final closing.
Conduct site visits, explain project details, and build strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with channel partners, developers, and internal teams for seamless execution.
Keep accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven deal-closing experience in real estate.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to handle clients professionally and deliver effective solutions.
Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Ready to travel for site visits within Thane and nearby locations.
