Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Real Estate Sales Manager
to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in closing residential or commercial property deals, particularly in premium locations like
Bandra and Andheri
. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct client meetings, property visits, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers.
Stay updated with current market trends and pricing in the Mumbai real estate market (especially Bandra & Andheri).
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales, with successful closures in
Bandra and Andheri
areas.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management abilities.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Good knowledge of Mumbai's real estate market.
Willingness to work from the
Thane office
and travel to client locations when required.
Salary:
Competitive (based on experience and performance)
