Key Responsibilities:


Handle client requirements for buying, selling, or leasing properties

Conduct site visits, property valuations, and deal closures

Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and partners

Stay updated on market trends and pricing

Support overall business development and team sales targets


Requirements:


Minimum 3 years of real estate broking experience (South Mumbai preferred)

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities

Familiar with MS Office and CRM tools
