Job Description

4 to 10 years experience in REAL ESTATE with RESIDENTIAL and/or SECOND HOME .

Experience in Selling LUXURY RESIDENTIAL SALE

Diploma/Degree in Business or related field

Roles and Responsibilities of Sales manager:

-He/she will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing, and training.

The Prime role is to source clients and sell high end luxury residential and commercial projects.

Doing site visits, creating a research report as per the need of clients and suggest clients the perfect project for their requirement.

Excellent leadership, customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Performed regular client meetings & site visits.

Effectively closed client transactions directly i.e. a successful direct selling career.

In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying cycle.

Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.

Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality - He has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company's positive image.

You will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects

Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.



Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.

Report on sales activities to senior management.



Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.

Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

.Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

Collecting customer feedback and market research.

Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Maintain Decorum and healthy environment in the company.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
