VP (Sales)
who will head independent units and report to the Director - Sales. The position is based in
Shimla and Delhi NCR
and may require extensive travelling between the two centres.
Job Overview
We are hiring an
experienced Sales & Closing Manager
to drive
high-value property closures
for our residential and vacation home projects. This is a
front-end, closure-focused role
involving client meetings, negotiations, site visits, and final deal execution.
Applications are invited only from candidates having experience in the Real Estate / Property / Vacation Homes sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Owning the sales target of the unit
Hands-on experience in closure of deals
Expertise in closures and direct sales
Working closely with the promoters
Managing the entire sales function for Shimla projects, from strategy to execution, resource optimization, and sales maximization
Playing a key role in implementation of ERP
Managing a team of 4-6 sales and marketing professionals across telesales, marketing, and sales sub-verticals
Cross-functional collaboration
Key Prerequisites:
Management graduate from a leading B-School
Proven track record with minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role with real estate players
Experience in selling luxury real estate / second homes (preferred)

Up to ?12 Lacs per annum
