Key Roles and Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, and site visits.
Identify potential customers and provide consultation on project details.
Client Relationship Management:
Meet with clients to understand their property requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Guide clients through the entire sales process - site visits, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights and suggestions to the marketing and strategy teams.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and closure status.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team for campaign planning and lead generation.
Liaise with legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes.
