Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Generate leads through various marketing and networking activities.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
Proven experience of 3-7 years in Real Estate Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage.
Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
