The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales executives to drive property sales, meet revenue targets, and ensure excellent client service. The role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, implementing strategies to generate leads, converting prospects into buyers, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential or commercial projects.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training sessions.
Handle key client negotiations and close high-value deals when needed.
Generate and manage leads through multiple channels (online portals, walk-ins, referrals, etc.).
Coordinate with marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns and promotional strategies.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with legal regulations.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.
