Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead and manage our sales operations at the KDMC Market location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the real estate segment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
Lead, train, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team
Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers
Conduct site visits and client meetings as required
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of local real estate market (KDMC area preferred)
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
Experience
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in real estate sales, with at least
1-2 years
in a managerial role
