We are looking for an experienced and highly driven

Sales Manager

to lead and manage the sales function in our Thane location.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets. Work on qualified leads provided by the company and ensure effective lead allocation among team members. Connect with potential customers, explain project details, and ensure end-to-end sales support. Plan, schedule, and monitor site visits (SVs) to drive maximum client conversions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and closures to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Track team performance, maintain accurate documentation, and share detailed MIS reports with management. Coordinate closely with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Post-Sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely updates. Ensure that the team follows company processes, communication standards, and reporting norms.
Requirements :

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in real estate sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Comfortable with fieldwork, site visits, and client meetings. Ability to drive the team toward aggressive calling, consistent follow-ups, and high conversions. Strong understanding of the Thane/Mumbai real estate market (added advantage). Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Schedule :

6 days working

Week Off: Monday
