Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Head / Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth through strategic lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closures. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in real estate sales, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Sourcing:

Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients through cold calling, digital marketing, brokers, channel partners, field visits, and referrals.

Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.

Conduct market research to analyze customer demographics, preferences, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies.

Organize and participate in promotional events, site visits, and exhibitions to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Maintain and optimize a lead management database, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversion tracking.

Sales & Closing:



Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification and site visits to negotiations, documentation, and final deal closure.

Guide clients through the booking process, collaborating with legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Negotiate and close property sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and review real estate documents (e.g., contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements) to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Provide actionable feedback to marketing and leadership teams on market trends and customer preferences to refine strategies.

Team Leadership & Process Optimization:



Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Implement and refine sales processes, scripts, and SOPs to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.

Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication, addressing inquiries, and nurturing long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years in real estate sales, with proven expertise in lead generation, sourcing, and deal closure. At least 2-3 years in a leadership role is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
