Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales process from inquiry to closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and follow-ups
Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market, especially the Hadapsar area
Ability to work under targets and perform independently
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
