Role Summary

Drive ground-level B2C sales for real-estate investments and property solutions as an individual contributor. Generate leads through cold calling and networking, convert prospects into clients, and consistently hit monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation:

Cold calling, follow-ups, and building referral pipelines.

Client meetings:

Book and attend appointments, present solutions, and close sales.

Customer engagement:

Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Sales operations:

Manage the end-to-end sales process, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals.

Reporting:

Log daily field activity, appointment confirmations, feedback, and sales updates.

Prioritization:

Manage tasks effectively to meet or exceed targets.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

6 months to 2+ years in sales preferred; fresh graduates with strong sales interest encouraged to apply

Industry background:

B2C, Retail, Insurance, Real Estate preferred;

no EdTech candidates

Education:

Graduate or Postgraduate

Languages:

Proficiency in

Hindi

and

English

Other:

Candidates currently working or on notice period preferred; resilience, strong communication, quick learning, and the ability to handle rejection
