We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Manager with proven expertise in handling sales and client relations in prime locations such as Powai and Vikhroli. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge of these areas, the ability to drive sales, manage client portfolios, and lead negotiations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sales for residential and commercial properties in Powai & Vikhroli.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and deal closures.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the assigned locations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of deals.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on Powai & Vikhroli markets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of local property laws, documentation, and RERA compliance.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Salary:
Competitive, based on experience and performance.
