Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive sales for
resale properties
and
rental listings

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Meet and interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable property options.
Negotiate rental agreements and resale deals to maximize profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
Maintain updated records of available properties, clients, and transactions.
Achieve monthly sales and rental targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in real estate sales or rentals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred).
Ability to work independently and handle client interactions confidently.
Good knowledge of local property markets and rental/resale processes.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Email).
Own vehicle preferred.
