Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Manager
with a background in real estate to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, showcasing property offerings, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and referrals.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to understand requirements and showcase available options.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated with market trends, property values, competitors, and upcoming developments.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience of more than 2 years as a Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of property laws, market trends, and sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driving license (if applicable).
