Job Description

Generate and follow up on leads through various channels including cold calls, referrals, digital campaigns, site visits, and events. Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, pricing, and availability. Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transaction processing. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and exhibitions.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
