in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience dealing with clients, conducting site visits, and converting leads into bookings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to fast-track their career into a leadership role in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle direct client inquiries and convert leads into successful bookings. Manage and guide a small team of sales executives (if applicable). Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers. Maintain a deep understanding of the project offerings, pricing, and USPs. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Negotiate deals and close bookings with the support of senior management. Work closely with the CRM and marketing teams for follow-ups and lead nurturing. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
