Lead and manage the sales team

Track market trends and competitor activities
Train and onboard new agents
Requirements:
5-7 years of real estate sales experience (2+ years in a managerial role)
Strong market knowledge & sales acumen
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
RERA certification preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
