Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and property consultants.
Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and competitor activity in Nagpur.
Oversee site visits, client presentations, and deal closures.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve client concerns promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of the Nagpur property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Ability to lead by example and drive team performance.
