Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Provide training, support, and guidance to the sales team
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
