Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Reporting To: Vice President (VP)

Employment Type: Full-time



Nirwana Group is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies, while working closely with the Vice President. This role does not include team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales of residential and/or commercial real estate projects in line with company targets.
2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual goals.
3. Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and close deals independently.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
5. Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, CRM, and legal for smooth deal closures.
6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for review by the VP.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

1.) 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
2.)Strong understanding of real estate markets, sales processes, and customer handling.
3.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4.) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
5.) Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

6.) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
