As we expand, we're looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and drive revenue through strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all the qualified leads and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies for new property launches and inventory movement. Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, digital platforms, and fieldwork. Oversee end-to-end client relationship management - from first contact to closure. Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasting to senior management. Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional events. Ensure complete compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales. Strong knowledge of local real estate market and legal documentation processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a high-performing sales team. Goal-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
