Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sales of
commercial and residential properties

Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales effectively.
Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct property site visits and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management.
Requirements:
Experience:
3-7 years in Real Estate Sales (Commercial & Residential Projects).
Education:
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and client handling.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident leader.
