We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Develop and implement business growth strategies and sales plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Track sales performance and maintain CRM records.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
