As a Sales Manager / Asst. Sales Manager- Real Estate Sales, you are required to reach out to Real Estate leads for apartments and plots in Bangalore and convert those leads in to business transactions and also build long term client relationships.
You are required to also build and retain relationships with Developers & Developer's Sales Teams.
Key Qualifications Required:
Real estate sales experience in Bangalore's residential real estate market.
Good communication skills and fluency in English, Hindi & Kannada
Experience & Knowledge of Meta & Google ads handling, managing CRM and other database tools
Very good knowledge of residential real estate market of Bangalore
Working relationships with A Category builders/ their teams in Bangalore
The job is more suitable for Bangalore based candidates residing in North Bangalore.
