This role involves end-to-end sales management, from converting leads and conducting site visits to negotiating and closing deals. The candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling clients professionally while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert potential leads for residential real estate projects (flats, apartments, and villas).
Handle the entire sales process - inquiry handling, site visits, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and real estate developers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide clients with guidance and assistance in purchasing property.
Keep updated on the latest market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
residential real estate sales
(flats, apartments, or villas).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
