Job Overview



We are looking for an experienced

Real Estate Sales Manager

to lead property sales operations, manage a team of consultants, and ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to closure. This role focuses on business development, client handling, site visits, negotiations, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and lead a team of property consultants Drive residential and commercial property sales Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures Conduct site visits with clients and channel partners Build and maintain strong client relationships Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets Monitor team performance and provide guidance and training Coordinate with marketing teams and channel partners for lead generation

Required Skills and Experience



3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales Mandatory experience in team handling and leadership Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills Excellent client relationship management abilities Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Good to Have



Experience working with CRM tools Market research and competitor analysis exposure Experience coordinating with channel partners

Education



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
