We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to drive property sales, manage a team of consultants, and ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to closure. The role involves business development, client handling, site visits, and team leadership with a strong focus on achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of property consultants
Drive residential and commercial property sales
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
Conduct site visits with clients and channel partners
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor team performance and provide guidance
Coordinate with marketing and channel partners for lead generation
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales
Team handling and leadership experience is mandatory
Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
Client relationship management skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Good to Have
Experience using CRM tools
Market research and competitor analysis skills
Channel partner coordination experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
