Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving property sales, achieving revenue targets, and building strong relationships with clients. This role involves planning sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans Generate leads and oversee follow-ups with prospective clients Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to support sales activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field Proven experience in real estate sales, with team-handling experience preferred
Experience

5+ years of experience in real estate sales 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role (preferred)
