About the Role
We are looking for Sales Managers to manage leads, conduct site visits, and close residential/commercial property deals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads & convert them into closures
Conduct site visits & explain project details
Maintain CRM, follow-ups & documentation
Achieve monthly revenue targets
Build long-term customer relations
Requirements
3 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Ability to close deals effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
