KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Lead, train & manage the sales team
? Drive site visits, client meetings & deal closures
? Handle walk-ins, CP channel partners & broker network
? Develop & execute daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
? Maintain CRM, lead follow-ups & reporting
? Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality improvement
? Handle negotiations, bookings & documentation support
? Build strong client relationships & ensure high conversion ratios

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
? 3-8+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
? Proven track record in residential/commercial closures
? Strong leadership & team handling skills
? Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
? CRM handling & reporting experience
? Ability to work under high targets & pressure environment
