We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Real Estate Sales Manager
to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in real estate sales, excellent leadership qualities, and a strong drive to achieve consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage end-to-end property sales transactions.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, team members, and management.
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Requirements
Minimum
3 years of core real estate sales experience
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must have a
vehicle
for client visits and site travel.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Strong network and understanding of the real estate market.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Schedule
Working Days:
Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Fixed Off)
Timings:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
