Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage your sales team to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
Drive sales for luxury and premium real estate projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strategize sales campaigns and ensure team productivity.
Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales.
Must have an existing sales team with a proven track record.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication & networking abilities.
