1. Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
Forecast sales revenue and create quarterly and annual sales plans.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
2. Revenue Generation and Target Achievement
Drive revenue growth by ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets across all projects.
Set clear sales targets for the team and monitor performance against them.
Oversee the pricing strategy, discount structures, and negotiation protocols.
3. Sales Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales teams and channel partners.
Set KPIs and monitor team productivity through regular performance reviews.
Motivate and mentor the sales team to ensure a high level of engagement and performance.
4. Channel and Broker Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, channel partners, and institutional clients.
Design and implement broker engagement programs and events.
Monitor channel partner performance and resolve conflicts or issues promptly.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management is highly preferred.
3-5 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on residential projects (apartments, villas, townships, etc.).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in premium, or luxury housing.
Experience in leading large sales teams and managing channel partner networks
Experience in launching new residential projects from pre-sales to sell-out.
Exposure to digital marketing and lead management ecosystems.
Understanding of legal documentation and transaction closure processes in residential sales.
