We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving results. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of real estate agents, ensuring sales targets are met, and promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide coaching and training to enhance performance.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques, to drive the team's sales performance.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, provide feedback, and set individual goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans.
Client Relationship Management:
Assist agents in developing relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Training & Development:
Organize regular training sessions to improve sales skills, market knowledge, and compliance with real estate regulations.
Recruitment & On boarding:
Assist in the recruitment of new agents and help on board them effectively into the team.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local competition to advise the team on best practices and competitive strategies.
Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and lead conversion rates. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies.
Compliance & Ethics:
Ensure all team members comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations. Maintain a high ethical standard in all business dealings.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role (team lead, manager, etc.).
Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge:
Solid understanding of real estate markets, trends, and best practices. Familiarity with CRM software and real estate transaction tools.
Results-Driven:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Problem-Solving:
Strong ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and team members effectively.
