Real Estate Sales Manager - HNI Client Relations (Females Preferred)

:

We are looking for a

dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager

(females preferred) to handle our

High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clientele

for premium projects in

Dubai and Hyderabad

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

client acquisition, relationship management, and sales closures

of luxury real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and build trusted relationships with

HNI and Ultra-HNI clients

for premium real estate investments. Present and pitch

luxury residential & commercial projects

in Dubai and Hyderabad. Drive

end-to-end sales process

- from lead generation, property presentations, negotiations, to closure. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to organize

exclusive client meets, site visits, and private events

. Maintain an updated

database of HNI clients

and track ongoing engagements. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while ensuring

exceptional client servicing

. Stay updated with

market trends, property laws, and investment opportunities

to guide clients effectively.

Requirements:

Females preferred

with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. 3-7 years of experience in

luxury real estate sales / wealth management / HNI client handling

. Proven track record of dealing with

HNI clients in Hyderabad, Dubai, or international markets

. Excellent communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Telugu (Arabic is a plus)

. Willingness to travel between

Dubai and Hyderabad

as required. Self-driven, persuasive, and passionate about

luxury sales & client engagement

Pay: ₹25,722.67 - ₹61,635.68 per month
