experienced and strategic Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead our sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
property sales, team leadership, and business development, along with strong knowledge of the real estate market and excellent communication skills.
You will drive sales growth, mentor your team, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
Oversee client relationships, key account management, and site visit coordination
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
Monitor sales KPIs, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations
Negotiate and close high-value property deals
Requirements
3-5 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team
Strong knowledge of real estate and property market trends
Fluent English and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven negotiation, closing, and business development abilities
Ability to strategize, plan, and achieve revenue targets
