Key Responsibilities:



Manage and oversee the performance of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve team targets.

Assign leads, monitor sales activities, and ensure follow-ups by the sales team.

Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their property needs.

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the processes of buying, selling, or leasing properties.

Liaise with builders to establish strong partnerships, finalize project collaborations, and negotiate terms for successful deals.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of agreements and project details with builders.

Promote and market available properties to prospective clients using diverse marketing channels.

Conduct meetings and site visits to showcase properties, emphasizing their features and benefits.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales materials and campaigns.

Negotiate terms and prices with buyers, sellers, and agents to close deals effectively.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and property listings.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, team productivity, and market insights to management.

Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:



Education:



Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.

A diploma in business management or a related field is an added advantage.

Experience:



Minimum 4-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

Prior experience in managing a sales team is preferred.

Skills:



Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and builders.

In-depth knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
