Real Estate Sales Manager

to lead and drive our sales team to new heights.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement. Drive customer acquisition and conversion through effective lead management and follow-ups. Establish strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to develop sales strategies. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations. Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to streamline sales operations. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in real estate sales.

Key Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of leadership and results. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, especially in Noida and NCR. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent team management and leadership abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field MBA.
