We are looking for real estate sales executive for a company located in Gift City.

JD For Sales Manager:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.

Conduct market research to understand property trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

:

Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, property laws, and sales practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential/commercial projects.

Salary Up to: 60,000 per monthJob Location: GIFT City, Shantipura and Ambli

Leave: 4 week off per month
