Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



o Identify and target potential clients (startups, small businesses, freelancers, etc.) interested in co-working spaces.

o Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.

o Reach out through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings to generate leads.

o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

o Address client inquiries, provide tours of the facilities, and explain the benefits of our co-working solutions.

o Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

o Create customized proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.

o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

o Provide insights to improve services and enhance client satisfaction.

o Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.

o Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Min 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (experience in commercial real estate or co-working spaces is a plus). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Salary Package: 4 LPA to 12 LPA (based on the candidate's current experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
